ISANI streamlined HCFCD’s environmental clearance process by evaluating existing materials, interviewing project managers, and identifying common schedule risks. The team then developed comprehensive workflows, tools, and checklists for both federally and non-federally funded projects to guide PMs through required environmental tasks and improve project efficiency.

FM 1486 Phase I Extention

ISANI is leading the environmental and public involvement efforts for the FM 1486 widening project, preparing the Environmental Assessment and coordinating all public engagement activities. The scope includes managing environmental compliance and delivering two public meetings and a public hearing in collaboration with the TxDOT Houston District.
